The issue is due to the upgrade of the security measures to protect the exclusive benefits of our subscribers. The objective of the security upgrade is to make sure that all users must enter the tool via the https://opportunities-insight.britishcouncil.org/ so that the tool sign-in system can recognise whether the user attempting to enter possesses a valid subscription through the cookie. It relies on cross-checking the cookie temporarily saved in the user’s browser every time the user signed in to the British Council Opportunities and insight website.
